We are seeking a detail-oriented Desktop Publisher with 2 to 4 years of experience to create, format, and produce high-quality business documents and visual materials. The ideal candidate has solid layout, typography, and document production skills, with the ability to turn complex content into polished, professional accessible deliverables that align with brand standards. This candidate will need to be able to work from 3:30 pm to 11:30 pm Monday to Friday.

Must Have Requirement:

- 2 to 4 years of experience in desktop publishing, document formatting, or production design
- Strong desktop publishing experience using Adobe InDesign and Microsoft Suite – Word, Excel, and Powerpoint
- Experience using graphic design tools (Adobe Illustrator/ Photoshop)
- Strong understanding of layout design, typography, and page composition
- Experience preparing both digital and print materials

We may use artificial intelligence tools to assist with the screening, assessment, or selection of potential applicants for this position.
