Within Primary and Preventative Health Services, you will support system development, maintenance, and enhancement initiatives. You will gather requirements, assess operational impacts, and coordinate deliverables through implementation. The work involves web applications, COTS products, custom applications, and vendor-proposed services.

Key Responsibilities:

- Gather and document business requirements
- Assess changes against operational systems and processes
- Plan deliverables from analysis through implementation
- Coordinate stakeholder communications and user acceptance testing
- Develop user documentation and training

Requirements:

- University degree in business, computer science, or related field
- Two years of progressively responsible IT business analysis experience
- System development and support experience
- Data analysis, mapping, and transformation experience
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
