You will draft, review, and negotiate commercial agreements while balancing legal requirements, enterprise strategy, and risk tolerance. Requirements

Law degree and good-standing Law Society of Ontario membership

At least eight years of post-call legal experience

Experience in corporate legal departments and law firms

Eligibility to work full time for Interac in Canada

Financial services or technology vendor experience preferred
