As Senior Delivery Manager, you will support Director-level leadership within the Enterprise Delivery Office. You will manage Software Currency initiatives across ScotiaTech, partnering with business, technology, and external vendors. The work spans Agile, hybrid, and waterfall environments while advancing delivery practices.
Key Responsibilities
Lead daily planning and execution across multiple technology workstreams
Maintain integrated plans, schedules, RAID logs, and dependencies
Coordinate business, technology, and external delivery partners
Escalate risks and issues with mitigation recommendations
Report financials, risks, dependencies, and outcomes to leadership
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in relevant disciplines
Seven or more years managing projects or programs
Experience delivering technology initiatives in complex organizations
Hands-on Agile, hybrid, and waterfall methodology experience
Robust communication, stakeholder management, and analytical skills
