Concrete Cashmere, a Vancouver-based design-build firm, seeks an experienced Estimator / Pre-Construction Manager to lead pre-construction for commercial TI projects. You will prepare detailed estimates, develop budgets, manage tendering, and assess trade pricing while coordinating with design teams.

You will serve as the primary client-facing lead during pre-construction, present estimating strategies and recommendations, and mentor junior staff while driving continuous improvement in
