This senior engineer position combines hands-on software development with architectural direction and technical mentorship. You will build APIs, authentication, data, and messaging services while improving platform performance, reliability, monitoring, and observability. You will also translate product requirements into development plans and guide engineering standards.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain production-grade backend APIs and services

Design development plans from business and product requirements

Improve reliability, performance, monitoring, and platform observability

Diagnose production issues,



including security incidents

Support CI/CD, containerized environments, and cloud infrastructure evolution

Requirements

Seven-plus years of full-stack production engineering experience

Robust APIs, distributed systems, databases, and caching knowledge

Experience with Redis, Postgres, Kubernetes, CI/CD, and cloud infrastructure

Technical leadership experience in senior engineering environments

Real-time, low-latency, WebSockets, microservices, or trading experience
