Support TruckMate with advanced SQL and EDI expertise in an office-based Mississauga role serving critical transportation operations.
As Senior TruckMate Application Support Specialist, you will provide Tier 2/3 administration, troubleshooting, and root-cause resolution. Configure core modules, manage security, test releases, and support integrations with Omnitracs, TGI, and Microsoft Dynamics 365. Your work keeps dispatch, billing, settlements, and connected workflows operating reliably.
Key Responsibilities
Own TruckMate incidents through resolution and technical escalation
Configure modules, profiles, permissions, defaults, and code tables
Test patches, upgrades, fixes, and configuration changes
Monitor EDI transactions and resolve mapping failures
Support connected systems and manage Trimble tickets
Requirements
Five or more years supporting or administering TruckMate TMS
Robust SQL skills with direct IBM DB2 experience
Proven EDI mapping, testing, and partner onboarding experience
Advanced Crystal Reports development capability
Valid driver's licence and travel availability
