Support learning projects for CGIC Underwriting, coordinating events, managing content, and delivering training through a hybrid two-day office model.

The Learning Specialist supports business learning and development functions across project streams and deliverables. In this 12-month temporary full-time assignment, you will coordinate learning logistics, respond to inquiries, manage rosters, and generate reports. You will also support content strategy work within claims and provide follow-up to learners.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coordinate learning event scheduling and logistics
- Respond to learning inquiries and manage participant rosters
- Generate reports supporting learning events and projects




- Partner on claims content management strategy socialization
- Deliver training using adult learning principles

Requirements:

- One to three years of workplace learning and development experience
- Post-secondary diploma in a related field
- Chartered Insurance Qualified designation or ongoing studies
- Working knowledge of learning mechanisms, systems, tools, and software
- English required; French considered an asset
