This Senior Tunnel Engineer role covers tunnels, shafts, underground stations and associated structures. You will guide design, construction and assessment activities using tunnelling methods, temporary works, ground conditions and construction risk expertise. The position requires sound commercial awareness and project leadership from concept through completion.

Requirements

Degree in civil, structural or geotechnical engineering

Qualified registration or progress toward chartership

Knowledge of contemporary tunnelling techniques and construction contracts

Use tunnel engineering, technical leadership and multidisciplinary coordination skills to deliver safe underground infrastructure from concept through completion.
