American travel is required.

This senior leadership role oversees major transmission, substation, and capital construction programs. You will direct operational execution, commercial performance, and stakeholder relationships across multi-site projects. The position requires robust construction leadership, financial management, contract strategy, and executive communication.

Key Responsibilities

Direct utility infrastructure projects exceeding $500 million

Oversee cross-border construction, logistics, resources, and sequencing

Manage P&L;, forecasting, contracts, claims, and commercial risks

Resolve engineering, procurement, regulatory,



and permitting challenges

Lead safety, quality, partnerships, and project leadership development

Requirements

Degree in construction management, engineering, or related field

18–20+ years of progressive project delivery experience

Senior leadership experience in utility or large-scale construction

Knowledge of contracts, finance, joint ventures, and risk mitigation

Willingness to travel extensively across Canada and United States
