True North Vapor is seeking an experienced, reliable, and highly organized Senior Vape Specialist to join our team.

We're looking for someone who takes initiative, provides exceptional customer service, and can confidently manage retail operations with minimal supervision.

Key Responsibilities – Retail (90%)

- Provide knowledgeable customer service and assist with in-store sales.
- Manage inventory using Shopify POS, including receiving stock, inventory counts, replenishment, and maintaining accurate stock levels.
- Process, package, and ship online orders.
- Maintain an organized, clean, and well-stocked retail environment.
- Ensure compliance with Ontario vaping regulations and age-verification requirements.

Studio Administration (10%)

- Coordinate band bookings for our on-site music studio.
- Manage scheduling through Google Calendar and Shopify's booking system.
- Maintain customer information and studio booking records.
- Assist with basic studio setup, including powering on sound equipment (training provided).

Qualifications

- Retail experience, preferably in the vape industry.




- Shopify POS and inventory management experience strongly preferred.
- Excellent organizational and multitasking skills.
- Strong customer service and communication abilities.
- Comfortable using computers, calendars, and booking software.
- Self-motivated, dependable, and proactive.

Scheduling & Availability

- Flexible availability is required, including evenings and weekends.
- The store is open until 9:00 PM on select evenings and operates every weekend.
- Candidates must be willing and available to work a rotating schedule that includes evening and weekend shifts.
