Lead complex visual effects projects at SPIN VFX in a hybrid Toronto role, using production management and client communication expertise. Oversee work from development through final delivery while coordinating creative and studio teams.

This experienced VFX Producer manages project execution alongside the VFX Supervisor, Executive Producer, and Head of Production. The work requires understanding the VFX pipeline, budgets, schedules, resources, bidding, and cost tracking. You will guide production teams, maintain client relationships, and support delivery expectations across studio departments.

Key Responsibilities

Oversee project plans, schedules, milestones, and delivery expectations

Coordinate kick-offs, departmental briefings, and artist turnovers

Manage budgets, actuals, rebids, and production change orders





Monitor shots, assets, resources, reporting, and production tracking

Lead reviews, post-mortems, wrap, delivery, and archival requirements

Requirements

Eight to ten plus years of VFX production experience

Comprehensive understanding of development through final delivery

Experience managing complex schedules, budgets, and resources

Leadership and collaboration across VFX teams and departments

Flow Production Tracking or comparable software experience
