As a Junior Art Director, you will strengthen visual craft, conceptual thinking, and storytelling across meaningful healthcare experiences. You will translate creative briefs into brand-aligned work while learning how creativity and strategy meet regulated healthcare requirements. Collaboration includes Copywriters, Creative Directors, Strategists, and Medical partners.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop visual concepts, layouts, and campaign assets
- Create designs, storyboards, mockups, and presentations
- Collaborate across creative, strategy, and medical teams
- Participate in reviews and connect decisions to objectives
- Refine assets while managing deadlines and versions
Requirements:
- Portfolio showing four projects across two mediums
- Proficiency in Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign
- Ability to interpret briefs and strategic objectives
- Robust collaboration, communication, and organizational skills
- Comfort using AI regularly in your work
