We are currently recruiting for a well-established glass manufacturing and distribution company in the Barrie area that is seeking an experienced AZ Manual Driver to join their team. This is a hands‐on role where the driver is responsible for transporting, loading, and unloading glass products safely and efficiently. The successful candidate will have experience working with fragile materials, be comfortable with physical work, and maintain a solid focus on safety and customer service.

Pay Rate: $25.00+/hour (based on experience)

Shift / Hours: Monday to Friday, 7:30 AM to 4:00 PM (overtime as required)

Key Responsibilities

- Safely operate a manual transmission AZ truck for local deliveries.
- Load and unload glass products at warehouse and customer locations.
- Handle glass materials carefully to prevent damage and maintain product quality.
- Secure loads properly and ensure compliance with transportation regulations.
- Deliver products to commercial, industrial, and construction sites.
- Complete daily vehicle inspections and maintain accurate MTO‐compliant logs.
- Coordinate deliveries with the shipping and warehouse teams.
- Report any vehicle, equipment, or product issues immediately.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safety‐focused work environment.





Required Qualifications

- Valid AZ Driver's Licence with manual transmission experience.
- Clean driver's abstract and CVOR.
- Previous experience handling and transporting glass products is considered an asset.
- Strong understanding of load securement and transportation safety requirements.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organisational skills.
- Reliable, dependable, and detail‐oriented.

Physical Requirements

- Ability to lift, carry, and move glass products safely.
- Comfortable with frequent loading and unloading throughout the day.
- Ability to perform physically demanding work in a warehouse and delivery environment.
- Capable of standing, bending, reaching, and moving materials regularly.
