The Assistant Packaging Supervisor supports the Supervisor under the Director of Operations and helps ensure performance indicators are achieved. Responsibilities include verifying components, bag codes, seals, box printing, manufacturing practices, and GFSI work instructions. Nortera's brands include Arctic Gardens and Del Monte.

Key Responsibilities:

- Verify bags, boxes, codes, seals, and marker printing
- Ensure compliance with positive manufacturing practices and GFSI instructions
- Transmit health, safety, and policy concerns to the Supervisor




- Supervise washing, product changes, and order completions
- Check raw material quantities and load out activities

Requirements:

- Zero to two years of industrial experience
- High school diploma or equivalent experience
- Ability to follow established procedures accurately
- Ability to work with a low margin of error
- Effective communication ability
