As a Construction Estimator, you will support tender submissions and project delivery by developing accurate labour, equipment, material, subcontractor, and service costs. The position works with clients, industry partners, suppliers, subcontractors, operations, and project teams. You will also support business development by tracking market activity, maintaining relationships, and identifying upcoming opportunities. Occasional travel, site visits, pre-bid walkthroughs, and overtime may be required for tender deadlines.

Key Responsibilities:

- Determine tender scope, requirements, and project feasibility
- Coordinate pricing from vendors and subcontractors




- Prepare preliminary budgets and conceptual estimates
- Respond to client estimate and proposal inquiries
- Track pricing trends and material cost fluctuations

Requirements:

- Three to five years of related estimating experience
- Construction Management or related education considered an asset
- Robust problem-solving, mathematical, and analytical abilities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- High attention to detail and commitment to accuracy
