CBI Health in Ajax, ON is seeking a Community Occupational Therapist to join the Complex Auto program. You will deliver start-to-finish care through in-home and community visits, addressing physical, cognitive and psychosocial needs and supporting return to pre-accident function.

Registration with OCOT, a valid driver's license and willingness to travel up to 1–1.5 hours are required. This role offers flexible schedule and opportunities to work remotely on treatment, billing, and documentation.
