Support mountain operations through radio coordination, emergency response, and detailed tracking at CMH Heli-Skiing & Summer Adventures in Revelstoke, BC. This position is seasonal and full-time.

The Radio Duty Attendant coordinates communications for field operations and provides logistical support for CMH ski programs. Reporting to the Lodge Manager, you will perform office duties, solve operational problems, and deliver exceptional guest service. The schedule includes 10-hour split shifts, three to four shifts weekly, with occasional evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain air traffic and snow safety records
- Delegate efficiently when rescue plans activate
- Train and maintain proficiency with CMH Emergency Response Plan




- Assist with skier information and operational reports
- Coordinate with departments for smooth daily operations

Requirements:

- Intermediate computer skills using Word and Excel
- Radio dispatch experience is an asset
- First aid certificate preferred
- Robust organizational skills and attention to detail
- Adaptability, discretion, integrity, and critical thinking
