As a Senior Operations Research Engineer, you will join the Workforce Management product stream. Apply constraint programming, algorithm design, and software engineering to forecasting, scheduling, staffing, coverage management, and resource allocation. Collaborate with Product, architects, workforce experts, and engineering teams to deliver production-grade optimization services.
Key Responsibilities
Design optimization models for contact center workforce planning
Implement schedule optimization with OR-Tools and CP-SAT
Formalize business rules into maintainable constraint models
Build solver services meeting latency targets
Validate schedule quality, scalability, accuracy, and performance
Requirements
Six or more years designing production optimization solutions
Production experience with OR-Tools or comparable solvers
Knowledge of linear, integer, or stochastic optimization
Experience solving workforce or resource scheduling problems
Proficiency in Java, Python, or C++
Apply optimization, constraint programming, and software engineering to workforce scheduling challenges within Miratech’s global WFM platform.
