Bytown Catering is looking for friendly, dependable, and customer-service-focused Seasonal Servers to join our team at Upper Canada Village for the month of December.

This is a temporary seasonal opportunity offering approximately 15–20 hours per week. Candidates should be comfortable working in a busy hospitality environment and providing welcoming, professional service to guests.

Key Responsibilities

- Greet guests in a friendly and professional manner.
- Take and serve food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
- Provide attentive customer service throughout the guest experience.
- Set, clear, clean, and reset tables as required.
- Maintain clean and organized dining and service areas.
- Communicate effectively with kitchen and front-of-house team members.
- Assist with opening, closing, and general cleaning duties.
- Follow food safety, alcohol service, and workplace health and safety procedures.
- Respond professionally to guest questions and requests.
- Perform other related duties as assigned by the supervisor or manager.

Qualifications
- Previous serving, restaurant, catering,



or customer service experience is an asset.
- Friendly, professional, and comfortable interacting with the public.
- Reliable and punctual with strong teamwork skills.
- Able to work in a quick-paced environment and remain on your feet for extended periods.
- Smart Serve certification is required.
- Must be available to work throughout the month of December, including scheduled evenings and/or weekends as required.
