Job Overview

As a Server, you’ll provide attentive hospitality, support smooth food service, and help guests enjoy a welcoming dining experience. You’ll coordinate with colleagues to keep service organized and responsive.

Responsibilities

- Greet guests, take orders, answer menu questions, and provide friendly customer service throughout their visit.
- Enter orders accurately using a POS system, such as Micros POS, and handle payments and cash with care.
- Serve food and beverages, communicate requests to the kitchen, and assist with food preparation as needed.
- Follow food safety, food handling, and sanitation practices while managing time and completing basic math tasks.
- Your impact: Clear communication and accurate orders help guests feel cared for and colleagues deliver coordinated service.

Requirements Required:



Bring customer service, time management, basic math, and careful cash handling to daily serving duties. Follow food safety, food handling, and sanitation practices, and use a POS system accurately to support dependable service.

Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, hospitality, guest services, cashiering, kitchen, or food preparation experience is helpful. Familiarity with Micros POS, upselling, and serving in a busy setting can further support a positive guest experience.
