Part-Time Server The Frob Eatery | Frobisher Inn | Iqaluit, NU The Frob Eatery is seeking a friendly, reliable, and service-oriented Part-Time Server to join our restaurant team. Reporting to the Restaurant Manager, the Server will provide exceptional guest service while supporting breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations in a fast-paced hospitality setting.

Position Details Part-Time Position

Guaranteed minimum of 15 hours per week

Availability for breakfast, lunch, and dinner service is required

Flexible scheduling based on operational requirements

Additional hours may be available based on business needs Key Responsibilities Greet guests and provide professional, friendly service

Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently

Serve meals and beverages in accordance with restaurant standards

Process guest payments and maintain accurate cash handling procedures

Set up, clean, and organize dining areas before, during, and after service

Support breakfast, lunch, and dinner operations to ensure an excellent guest experience





Maintain cleanliness and follow all food safety and sanitation standards

Communicate effectively with kitchen and service team members

Assist with opening, closing, and side duties as assigned

Support other restaurant operations as required Qualifications Previous customer service or restaurant experience is considered an asset

Strong interpersonal and communication skills

Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment

Reliable, punctual, and professional in appearance and conduct

Ability to stand and walk for extended periods
