Job Summary

As a Server, welcome guests, take orders, and provide attentive service throughout their visit. Coordinate with colleagues to keep service organized and help guests enjoy a smooth, welcoming dining experience.

Duties

- Greet guests, answer menu questions, take accurate orders, and enter them into the POS or Micros POS system.
- Serve food and beverages, check in with guests, and respond promptly to requests using strong customer service and guest services skills.
- Handle payments and cash accurately, apply basic math, and use thoughtful upselling when appropriate.
- Follow food handling, food safety, sanitation, and food preparation practices while coordinating with the kitchen and managing time during busy periods.

Qualifications Required: Practical serving, customer service, time management, basic math, cash handling, and food safety skills support accurate, attentive service. Preferred: Food service, restaurant, food industry, hospitality, cashiering, kitchen, or food preparation experience; familiarity with POS or Micros POS is helpful.

Pay: $17.95-$18.95 per hour
