Lead UKG Dimensions scheduling and workforce optimization at Scarborough Health Network across hospitals and satellite sites in a permanent full-time role.

Reporting to the Manager, Scheduling and Workforce Optimization, you will advance Human Capital Management processes. The position emphasizes UKG configuration, scheduling, staffing, and collective-agreement compliance. You will support Workday, change management, testing, and ongoing process improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead scheduling and workforce optimization as business lead
- Design and deploy time, attendance, scheduling, and absence solutions
- Gather requirements and align workshops with UKG capabilities
- Develop training on scheduling and operating procedures
- Execute test scripts, track testing,



and log defects

Requirements:

- Three-plus years with workforce management software, ideally UKG Dimensions
- Three-plus years leading configuration, testing, and implementation
- Undergraduate degree from a recognized institution
- Robust negotiation, mediation, conflict resolution, and communication skills
- Advanced computer, analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills
