As an Estimator/Coordinator, you will assess damages, interpret requirements, and prepare bids aligned with industry standards, insurance guidelines, and client expectations. You will support residential, commercial, and insurance-related projects through detailed cost forecasting. Collaboration with Project Managers, field teams, adjusters, clients, and vendors keeps estimates connected to execution.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct site assessments covering scope, materials, labour, and timelines
- Prepare detailed estimates for restoration and construction projects
- Interpret drawings, specifications,



and client requirements
- Collaborate with Project Managers and field teams
- Revise estimates following changes, adjustments, or feedback

Requirements:

- Three or more years estimating restoration or construction experience
- Knowledge of construction materials, methods, and industry pricing
- Ability to interpret architectural drawings and specifications
- Solid analytical, mathematical, organizational, and communication skills
- Valid Class 5 licence and clean driver's abstract
