Shape team performance and patient safety as a Dentalcorp Practice Manager, combining coaching, compliance, and operational leadership. Work full time Monday through Friday, 9:30am to 6:00pm.

This Practice Manager position leads people and processes within a dental practice. You will motivate teams, support recruitment, implement company programs, and maintain operational and health regulation standards. The role also includes staffing costs, payroll administration, accounts receivable, and strategies supporting organic patient growth.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach and motivate teams to improve productivity and engagement
- Support interviews and assess dental professionals for best fit
- Implement company programs, policies, procedures, and action plans
- Partner with Compliance, DC Institute,



and Human Resources
- Ensure patient safety and provincial regulatory compliance

Requirements:

- Three to five years as a Dental Practice Lead or Manager
- Diploma in business or office administration from university or college
- Experience managing staff scheduling, finances, inventory, and people
- Extensive budgeting and forecasting experience with strong business acumen
- Willingness to work varied hours for business needs
