As a Junior Service Advisor, you will provide top-notch customer service, develop an understanding on the repair process, and assist with customerinquiries. You must have strong problem-solving and communication skills, and a commitment to customer satisfaction. Join us and become an essential part of our successful team
Duties and Responsibilities
- Assistsall customers (in-person and over the phone) with service requirements ensuringoptimumcustomer service.
- Responds to customer's inquiries ina timelyandaccuratemanner according to the policy of the dealership.
- Schedules service appointments. Obtains customer and vehicle data prior to arrival when possible.
- Creates/opens work orders for new customers and service; closes orders as appropriate.
- Invoices work orders andaccepts payments from customers;submitsreports and receipts to accounting.
- Provides quotes or estimates to customersregardingservice needed.
- Advises customers ofcurrent statusof their vehicle as well as anyadditionalwork that may be required.
- Performs other duties as required by the Service Manager to ensure the successful operation of the dealership.
Skills and Qualifications
- Experience in automotive field.
- 1-2 years of experience as Service Advisor or junior role is an asset.
- CDK experience.
- Aptitude for numbers.
- Valid Driver's License and a clean driver's abstract.
