Accounts receivable expertise drives this Collections Representative role, focused on overdue invoices, customer questions, and accurate account follow-up.

This position manages collections for assigned customers while coordinating with Billing and Operations teams. Core work includes monitoring aging reports, sending statements, contacting customers, resolving account concerns, and maintaining communication records. The role also supports adjustments, customer forms, purchase orders, and payment processing.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor accounts receivable reports and identify overdue accounts
- Contact customers and attempt to collect overdue amounts
- Resolve billing and operations issues with internal teams
- Maintain delinquent-account contacts and customer communications




- Process credit card payments and requested account adjustments

Requirements:

- Three to five years accounting or equivalent experience
- Proficient mathematical, analytical, and problem-solving skills
- Familiarity with Financial Management software
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, and Outlook
- Excellent organization, communication, and multitasking abilities
