As a Service Video Advisor with Steele Mitsubishi, your primary responsibilities will include creating and presenting video assessments of vehicle service needs to our customers. You will effectively communicate repair recommendations, educate customers on their vehicle's condition, and build trust through clear, transparent communication.

Hourly Wage Range: $18.10 - $20.45

How you will make an impact:





- Precise video documentation of repairs on client vehicles
- Proper explanation of the technicians’ vehicle prognosis on video
- Ensure videos are uploaded and delivered to customers promptly to support a seamless service experience
- Maintain a clean, organized and professional service department
- Service department support when and where required
- Organization of internal estimates of pre-owned vehicles
- Organization of new and used vehicle deliveries
- Collaboration with customer facing service advisors

What drives your success:

- Be comfortable explaining service processes on camera (voice only)
- Be prompt, punctual and detailed orientated
- Ability to work with minimal supervision
- Valid driver’s license
