Job Summary The Sewing Machine Operator / General Labor team member supports day-to-day production by operating sewing equipment and assisting with general manufacturing tasks. This hands-on role involves following work instructions, handling materials carefully, and keeping the work area organized to help production run smoothly.

Responsibilities

- Operate sewing machines to complete assigned work accurately and consistently, following established instructions and safe work practices.
- Prepare, move, and organize materials and finished items to support production and warehouse workflows.
- Assist with general labor tasks, maintain a clean work area, and communicate equipment or workflow concerns to colleagues.

Experience Required: Practical ability to follow instructions, handle materials carefully, stay organized, and complete hands-on tasks with attention to detail. Experience with commercial sewing machines is preferred.

Pay: From $16.40 per hour
