St. Joseph's Health Centre Guelph seeks an RPN for approximately 12 months. The position delivers general nursing duties, develops care plans, and coordinates care for less-complex clients. You will consult RNs and health care team members when client needs become more complex.

Key Responsibilities:

- Recognize changes and consult appropriately with RNs
- Develop and modify plans of care
- Coordinate care for less-complex clients
- Provide health teaching and nursing interventions
- Direct unregulated care providers as appropriate

Requirements:

- Registered with the College of Nurses of Ontario
