As a Road Transport Team Dispatch Coordinator, you will support cargo planning by designated rail ramps and maintain communication with operational partners. Responsibilities include shipment tracing, ramp report review, carrier coordination, and customer service collaboration. This is a full time, 37.5-hour weekly position.

Key Responsibilities:

- Monitor vessel schedules and TMS job order queries
- Review ramp and aging reports to resolve service issues
- Provide backup support for Oakland MLB shipments
- Collaborate with COSAG and internal stakeholders
