As Talent Acquisition Lead, you will fuel growth across the United States and Canada. You will lead two Talent Acquisition Partners while managing your own hiring portfolio. The work spans Sales, Key Account management, marketing, senior commercial roles, and high-volume entry-level hiring.

Key Responsibilities:

- Develop recruitment plans for immediate and future talent needs
- Lead, coach, and manage two recruitment team members
- Partner with leaders using data-driven recruitment updates
- Recruit senior commercial, marketing, and entry-level candidates
- Improve quality of hire, efficiency, and candidate experience

Requirements:

- Experience leading recruitment teams and talent acquisition activities
