This leadership position supports improvement efforts within Maple Leaf Foods and with strategic customers, suppliers, and stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

- Facilitate Continuous Improvement targets, reviews, and action planning
- Develop CI plans, project pipelines, and progress monitoring
- Apply Six Sigma, Lean, and OpEx methodologies
- Provide DMAIC, DMADV,



and PDCA project management support
- Ensure sustainable results through change management and control plans Requirements:
- University degree in science, engineering, or operations management
- Five to eight years of full time work experience
- Previous experience with Six Sigma tools and methodology
- Strong analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills
