JST Group Corp. is seeking an experienced and reliable Skilled Construction Labourer to join our team.

The ideal candidate must have strong hands-on construction experience, practical carpentry skills, and the ability to safely operate construction machinery.

This is NOT an entry-level position. Previous skilled construction experience is mandatory.

Key Responsibilities

- Perform skilled construction labour and carpentry-related tasks.
- Assist with framing, formwork, measuring, cutting, and installing construction materials.
- Safely operate construction equipment such as Bobcats, skid steers, and telehandlers, depending on site requirements and qualifications.
- Use hand tools and power tools safely and efficiently.
- Read measurements and follow construction instructions accurately.
- Assist carpenters, supervisors, and other skilled trades.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe working environment.
- Follow all site safety procedures and supervisor instructions.
- Work independently and as part of a construction team.

Mandatory Requirements
- Proven experience in construction carpentry.
- Experience operating construction machinery.
- Valid Working at Heights certification.
- Valid WHMIS training certification.




- Worker Health and Safety Awareness in 4 Steps certification.
- Previous experience working on active construction sites.
- Ability to safely use construction tools and equipment.
- Reliable, punctual, hardworking, and safety-conscious.
- Ability to perform physically demanding construction tasks.

Equipment operation certifications are an asset and may be required for specific machinery.
