Job Role: Software Developer - CRM – Intermediate (Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM) exp) Location : Toronto, ON/Onsite Position Type : Contract Role Start Date 2026-11-16 End Date 2027-05-14 5 Days Onsite Ideal Candidate Rate: CAD 75-78/Hr (Depending on the experience) Must Have: Demonstrated proficiency in CRM platform development and configuration, preferably Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CRM), including entities, forms, views, dashboards, workflows, and business process flows. Solid knowledge of software development using C#, .NET Framework/.NET Core, JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS, and REST APIs.

Experience developing and maintaining CRM integrations using web services, APIs, Azure Integration Services, middleware solutions, and data synchronization technologies. Minimum experience developing, configuring,



and supporting enterprise CRM solutions within medium to large organizations. Demonstrated experience delivering CRM enhancements, customizations, integrations, and application support throughout the software development lifecycle.

Experience gathering and analyzing business requirements and translating them into technical solution designs and implementation plans.

Experience designing, developing, testing, and deploying custom CRM components, plugins, workflows, reports, and integrations.
