CBI Home Health seeks an HR Advisor to support managers, employees, and people-focused programs. The work includes coaching, employment legislation, HR operations, and employee engagement. You will help deliver services across the employee lifecycle while maintaining confidentiality and compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

- Coach managers on employee relations and performance management
- Support performance improvement and leadership development initiatives
- Assist onboarding, orientation, and employee lifecycle programs
- Advise on legislation, policies, agreements, and best practices




- Track HR metrics supporting engagement and operational improvements

Requirements:

- Post-secondary education in Human Resources, Business, or related field
- Experience supporting employee relations and HR operations
- Knowledge of employment legislation and workplace health and safety
- Excellent communication, coaching, and relationship-building skills
- Proficiency with HR systems and Microsoft Office applications
