As a Leave of Absence Support Representative, you will manage employee and people leader questions from pre-leave support through return to work. You will navigate ServiceNow, ADP, and other HR systems while applying policies, procedures, and escalation protocols. The position reports to the Manager, Employee Care.

Key Responsibilities:

- Respond to leave cases through ServiceNow promptly and accurately
- Perform approved leave and time-off adjustments in ADP
- Review leave entries, schedules, and accounting for accuracy
- Resolve payroll discrepancies and escalate complex exceptions
- Identify improvements from case trends and reporting

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree or related equivalent experience
- Minimum three years of human resources experience
- Knowledge of HR systems, processes, laws, and regulations
- Robust problem-solving, communication, multitasking, and detail skills
- Availability Monday through Friday, 9am to 7pm EST
