Reporting to the Store Manager, the Operations Supervisor supports store performance through staff development, inventory accuracy, and customer solutions. This full-time temporary position requires communication, problem solving, time management, and operational discipline. The role also covers data entry and financial reporting responsibilities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Maintain store merchandising, detail, and customer service excellence
- Recruit, coach, develop, and appraise staff performance
- Resolve escalated customer issues and offer appropriate solutions
- Maintain inventory levels and inventory accuracy




- Control and report Accounts Receivable and Accounts Payable

Requirements:

- High school diploma or equivalent; post-secondary education is an asset
- Two or more years of customer service or sales experience
- Retail supervisory or Senior Associate experience is an asset
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and required shifts
