The Property Manager oversees property performance, maintenance, partner relations, and compliance for commercial, retail, and mixed-use assets. This position coordinates tenants, contractors, service providers, and ownership while ensuring lease obligations and company policies are followed. The work includes inspections, reporting, budgeting, and special projects.

Key Responsibilities:

- Build positive relationships with partners and respond to service requests
- Inspect properties for maintenance, safety, and improvement opportunities
- Ensure compliance with leases, legislation, health, safety, and environmental standards




- Coordinate vendor contracts and monitor contractor performance
- Prepare operational, inspection, occupancy, maintenance, and financial reports

Requirements:

- Three to five years in commercial, retail, or mixed-use property operations
- Ability to read leases, contracts, plans, reports, and financial documents
- Knowledge of lease administration software and EDMS considered an asset
- Robust written communication, organization, analysis, and problem-solving skills
- Knowledge of financial statements and contractual terms
