As a member and client experience advisory agent, you support banking transactions, promote Desjardins products and services, and recommend available distribution channels. You provide personalized solutions, identify business opportunities, and refer specialized needs to colleagues. French knowledge is required.

- Support banking transactions and resolve related issues

Requirements:

- High school diploma in a related field
- Minimum two years of relevant experience
- Knowledge of French is required
- Availability Monday through Friday, including one evening
- Availability to travel to Princeville and Lyster service centres
