This senior role handles registered products, complex cases, mutual fund trades, account corrections, and partner collaboration. It supports Advisory offices while improving processes, documentation, and client experiences across operational activities.

Key Responsibilities:

- Investigate and resolve cases from Advisory and internal teams
- Process registered account transactions and documentation requirements
- Execute mutual fund bulk trades and account corrections




- Monitor debits and process required client account sellouts
- Maintain guidelines, training, projects, and operational procedures

Requirements:

- Minimum three years in financial operations using Securities platforms
- Knowledge of registered products and processing
- Post-secondary Business education or equivalent experience
- Proficiency with Microsoft Word and Excel
- CSC or IFIC completion preferred; FundSERV knowledge is an asset
