Represent BRP's culture while sourcing and assessing talent as a Corporate Recruiter and Talent Advisor. Support Global Functions through informed hiring partnerships.
As a Talent Acquisition Advisor, you will act as an ambassador for BRP and a matchmaker between candidates and hiring managers. Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, you will support the Global Functions sector with recruitment strategies shaped by market intelligence. Your work includes candidate sourcing, phone screens, shortlists, interviews, debrief discussions, and offer processes. You will also advise business partners throughout full-cycle recruitment and participate in process improvement efforts. Recruitment or HR Advisory experience, a related university degree, solid relationship-building ability, sourcing success, and comfort working in French are requested.
Key Responsibilities:
- Share BRP opportunities with candidates through varied sourcing methods
- Provide market intelligence to Client Groups and HR Business Partners
- Conduct phone screens and prepare candidate shortlists
- Manage interviews, debrief discussions, and offer processes
- Participate in special projects and process improvements
Requirements:
- Experience in recruitment or HR Advisory
- University degree in a related discipline
- Strong relationships with hiring managers
- Success with multiple sourcing strategies
- Comfortable working in French
