Bring biblically grounded preaching and teaching to Bethel CRC as a full time Associate Pastor serving its approximately 350-member congregation.

Working within the ministry team, this pastor will shepherd the congregation, preach on occasion, and strengthen discipleship. The position also includes engaging the broader community with the gospel and supporting faith growth among the next generation. Bethel CRC seeks someone gifted in in-depth, engaging, biblically grounded preaching and teaching.

Key Responsibilities:

- Provide pastoral shepherding within the congregation
- Contribute occasional preaching to Bethel CRC's ministry
- Develop stronger discipleship across the congregation
- Engage the broader community with the gospel
- Teach in-depth biblical truth engagingly and clearly

Requirements:

- Genuine calling to shepherd people
- Spiritually mature and biblically grounded character
- Emotionally healthy, humble, teachable, and trustworthy
- Relational, competent, and team-oriented approach
- Ordination or eligibility preferred, with Reformed theological training
