Process charitable gifts accurately at the University of Saskatchewan, using EngageCRM and financial systems on campus, Monday through Friday. Support donors through careful receipting, reconciliation, and responsive service.

As a Donation Processing Administrator in University Relations, you will process high volumes of transactions while applying established policies, procedures, guidelines, and CRA requirements. You will review donor documentation, maintain records, and collaborate with Donations and Trusts, Treasury, campus contacts, and external stakeholders. The work requires sound judgment, confidentiality, analytical ability, and exceptional attention to detail in wide-ranging situations.

Key Responsibilities:

- Process and receipt charitable gifts through established procedures
- Review donor correspondence, pledges, agreements, and supporting information




- Enter gift transactions in EngageCRM and maintain records
- Reconcile EngageCRM activity with the UniFi system
- Respond to donor and campus inquiries professionally

Requirements:

- Grade 12 plus related business or accounting certificate or diploma
- At least five years of related administrative experience
- High-volume transaction processing with exceptional accuracy
- Proficiency with databases, spreadsheets, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Criminal record check and bondability required
