Your Impact As a

Sr. FP&A; Manager , you will be a key member of the FP&A; organization, partnering closely with Product Development leaders to consolidate,



monitor, analyze, and report on OPEX, headcount, and P&L; performance.

In this individual contributor role, you will support month-end close, monthly forecasting, and annual budgeting, and translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that support operational, resource, and investment decisions.

You will leverage your financial modeling, Excel, AI, ERP, and reporting expertise to provide meaningful insights that drive financial decision-making and long-term value for the business. The ideal candidate thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and builds strong relationships as a trusted business partner.

What the Role Offers

Financial Planning & Reporting: Own and support annual budgeting, monthly forecasting, and close activities, ensuring accurate and timely reporting of OPEX, headcount, and P&L; performance.

Data & Financial Analysis: Integrate data from ERP, HR, and other reporting systems to develop financial models, analyze performance, identify key business drivers, and provide actionable insights.
