This Banking Specialist serves community organizations, charities, foundations, and emerging brands. You will provide onboarding, relationship management, strategic financial advice, and tailored solutions. The role supports organizations with funding structures, governance, cash flow, lending, and capital planning needs.

Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as primary banker for NFP organizations and emerging brands
- Provide full-service banking support and relationship management
- Deliver tailored advice on funding, cash flow, and capital planning
- Maintain and grow a portfolio of member relationships




- Champion financial literacy programming for NFP leaders

Requirements:

- Degree or diploma in business, finance, economics, or related field
- Three to five years of financial services experience
- Direct or indirect not-for-profit sector experience
- Demonstrated recent business development and closing experience
- Working knowledge of core banking products and NFP lending
