Lead cloud infrastructure engineering at Tempo across AWS, Kubernetes, Docker, and distributed systems. Support reliable foundations for products serving more than 30,000 customers. As a Staff Developer on the Platform Team, you will build and operate infrastructure for Tempo Timesheets, Capacity Planner, and Financial Manager for Jira Cloud.

Your work includes DynamoDB, MongoDB, RabbitMQ, Redis, monitoring, observability, and operational excellence. You will make architectural decisions and lead initiatives across teams.

Key Responsibilities

- Develop infrastructure libraries for messaging, caching, and persistence
- Operate core platform services and Jira Cloud integration
- Ensure platform reliability, performance, and security through observability




- Lead technical initiatives spanning multiple teams and services
- Write maintainable code with comprehensive test coverage Requirements:
- Eight-plus years developing server-side software
- Platform infrastructure experience at scale
- Robust Kubernetes, Docker, and container orchestration experience
- Extensive AWS experience including DynamoDB, Lambda, and S3
- Database skills across SQL, MongoDB, and DynamoDB Apply your cloud infrastructure, distributed systems, and operational expertise to reliable platform services at Tempo.
