If you are located near one of our hubs (Burnaby, Calgary, or Toronto), you will be expected to work in the office a minimum of twice per week on our designated Anchor Days. Design plays a pivotal role at Clio, standing alongside Product and Engineering as one of the three pillars of our Research and Development organization.
Our product designers work directly with customers to understand their behaviors, needs, and workflows. They champion thoughtful, high-quality experiences as we transform how lawyers and their teams serve their clients. If you’re focused on shipping value to customers with an opportunity to revolutionize an industry, you’ve found your next team.
About the roleThe Design Systems team at Clio is the connective tissue of our product ecosystem. Our foundations allow teams to move faster and ship more consistently, and that work is more important than ever. AI is rewriting what "baseline" means for every interface our customers and colleagues touch.
We’re rewriting the playbook for how Clio's product teams discover, design, and ship alongside it, by creating shared frameworks, heuristics, and tooling that make the agentic product development lifecycle faster, more consistent, and more repeatable for every team we support. Our vision is a design system that doesn't just describe how things look, it describes how intelligent systems behave, communicate, adapt, and delegate to users, while staying on brand.
