This Staff Engineer provides advanced hands-on development, technical design, and architecture without direct reports. You will lead cross-functional, multi-platform application systems while supporting engineering standards, developer experience, and mentorship. Key Responsibilities

Own technical design and development of fault-tolerant application systems

Contribute to high-level design methodology and architecture ownership

Improve internal frameworks, tools, and developer experience

Establish code review standards and engineering best practices





Mentor junior and intermediate associates through engineering standards

Requirements

At least six years of hands-on development experience

Six years in application development, data design, modelling, or architecture

Experience with AWS or Microsoft Azure and Google Cloud

Mentorship experience supporting junior and intermediate associates

Eight-plus years leading full software development life cycles preferred
